New dance and exercise class starting in the hall from next Thursday 16th January @ 1.30pm. Simply Dance is a dance-inspired class that not only is great fun, but also helps improve balance, strength and flexibility.

Classes are suitable for all abilities, with special consideration for older adults (55+) or anyone wanting a less energetic approach to exercise. Mel is a dance and exercise instructor for Age UK, Somerset and the Wellbeing Services, BANES and has over 25 years’ experience. Have fun learning routines to different dance styles including Salsa, Bollywood, Charleston, Jazz, Broadway, Disco, Waltz and many more. No experience or partner is required, and two left feet are most welcome!

You do not have to book the class each week or pay in advance, but an initial application form is required. The form can be found either on Mel’s website at  www.danceforhealth.co.uk/simply-dance or you can turn up on the day and complete a paper copy, although please arrive 10 minutes earlier to do this
